GRADUATE DIPLOMA PACKET PICKUP STARTS ON JUNE 9TH -- Graduates will be able to pick up their diploma packets from the high school office starting on Monday, June 9th. Please be prepared to pay all outstanding fees and turn in sports equipment and Chromebook items if you haven’t already done so. BLOOD DRIVE ON WEDNESDAY, JUNE 4 -- There will be an American Red Cross Summer Blood Drive (hosted by Chaffee FBLA) on June 4, 2025, from 2:00 - 6:00 pm at the Chaffee VFW.

Summer Conditioning & Weights runs from June 2–July 22 (Monday through Thursday) from 8:00-9:30 a.m. Check with your coaches about sport specific questions regarding summer or season events! ** Summer weights will go on as planned during the first week, but an extra day will be added to the schedule on Friday, June 6th, from 8-9:30 a.m. for those who will miss Monday-Wednesday during the first week due to State Baseball.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT FROM CHAFFEE SCHOOL DISTRICT -- CONGRATS SPRING SPORTS -- SUMMER SCHOOL INFORMATION -- First, a big congratulations to our amazing Spring athletes! What a great Track & Field and Baseball season we have had so far. As you may already know, our CHS Baseball Team has advanced to the Final Four for the 3rd year in a row. In the past we have decided to take off those two days of summer school for the State Baseball Tournament and move the end of summer school. HOWEVER, this year in consultation with building administration and summer school teachers, the decision has been made to continue with summer school on Monday (6/2/25) and Tuesday (6/3/25) and allow any student who would like to attend the State Tournament games to do so. Those students will be excused for both Monday and Tuesday. If students plan on attending the State Baseball Tournament, we highly encourage parents to contact the school in advance by calling the high school office at (573) 887-3226 or responding by email to report the student(s) absences for Monday (6/2/25) and Tuesday (6/3/25). Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact the high school office.

Congratulations to Carlyanne Cossou who is the 2025 Missouri State Track & Field Class 2 Champ in the 100 Meter Hurdles and the 300 Meter Hurdles. Carlyanne also placed 2nd in the Triple Jump and 8th in the 200 Meter. Congratulations Carlyanne on being a Four-Time Individual All-State Athlete!

STATE TRACK & FIELD RESULTS FROM DAY 1 - MAY 23, 2025 – CONGRATULATIONS! Carlyanne Cossou - Carlyanne placed 2nd in the Triple Jump at the Class 2 State Track & Field Meet in Jefferson City on Friday, May 23. Carlyanne’s best jump was a PR distance of 11.57m (37.11ft). Carlyanne’s distance broke the previous Class 2 record of 11.56m which was set in 2015. The 1st place jump of 11.6m also broke the Class 2 record. Carlyanne qualified for the finals on Saturday, May 24th, in three events at the State Track and Field Meet. She qualified in the 100m hurdles with a PR time of 15.03, the 300m hurdles with a time of 45.81, and the 200m with a time of 25.94. She will run on Saturday, May 24th, at 11:10 a.m. in the 100m hurdle finals, 2:15 p.m. in the 300m hurdle finals, and 3:00 p.m. in the 200m finals. Good Luck Carlyanne! Ty Atkins - Ty participated in the Javelin at the Class 2 State Track & Field Meet. He placed 11th with a throw of 44.52m (146.1ft). Ty concludes an outstanding 10th grade Track and Field season.
Carson Clover - Carson participated in the Shot Put at the Class 2 State Track & Field Meet. Carson’s best throw was 13.92m(45.8ft) which put him in 12th place. Great job Carson on having an outstanding Sophomore Track and Field season.
